if i am a number, i'm infinity -plus one

Made it to the six AM yoga class today. It was in a dimly lit back warehouse-style room with a total of 5 yoga mats laid out (including the teacher). They were arranged on a larger pad with heating blankets under each yoga mat. There were only 2 other students besides myself. Two men nearing sixty, i'm guessing by the prostate surgery small talk.
All in all, i'm glad i went.
The last time i actually did yoga was about a year ago to namaste yoga on fit tv. (cool show) & before that, pretty much every semester in college. It took me over a span of 13 yrs to complete my bachelors, btw. Had a coupla kids somewhere in there, too.
