there is a disease that is running rampant among americans today, it's called Junior High Mentality and it afflicts predominantly men and women from the ages of 20-40. it's a very sad set of circumstances, indeed. wouldn't you agree? many of the statements made by those infected are remarkably similar to what you might read on the walls of a high school bathroom; but, instead of these comments being made by high schoolers or younger children, they are made by people well beyond the age of consent. what can we do about such an epidemic of immaturity? is there any glint of hope on the horizon or will humans begin to grow less mature as they age instead of more? what has caused this surge of arrested development in the adults of today? is it the media of chat rooms and text messaging and now blogging which have created this problem? that is my current assertion.
so put down your electronic devices and go find a book at your local library. bookstores are less recommended due to the infiltration of modern culture into the current books in print. libraries are the only answer. find and old book or two and READ them! you might learn something. it's our only hope!
